The property consists of two Private 2 - Bedroom Pool Villas on the Hill Side above Lipah Village. You have full 180° ocean view. Each Private Villa has its own infinity pool, terrace and complete kitchen. Each villa has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms and a Terrace with sun bed. The breakfast is not included but u can order it one day before from a selection of the menu .The price is 55.000 rupihas per pers & starts from 7am. Also u can order all food & drinks from the supermarket with free delivery. Transport to other places like beach&Resto are for free. Airport transfer sixhundred thousand Rp per. pers
Hello and selamat Welcome to our hidden paradise My name is Gede or call me putuh I'm your host and owner of this wonderful ocean view Villas
The villas are located at the slope of the hill with an hundred eighty degree Ocean view. Just a few steps down to the street and you can walk to beach around three hundred meter. Super nice spot to snorkel , swim / diving or just relax. To enter the beach use the Hotel Vienna Beach Resort and enjoy. You are located above the village without direct neighbors, but might have some cows and chickens on the fields next to the property. In Lipah village you will find a lot of small restaurants that suit all kind of tastes and budgets. The Beach is the most beautiful of the whole Amed area. Its a fine sand beach of black and yellow coloured sand.
