## Guest access Airport transfers can also be easily arranged, at competitively low rates. ## Guest interaction The tranquil villa is staffed by 5 trained friendly, knowledgeable professionals, as well as a villa manager who is always delighted to take care of all of your needs during your stay. Optional (additional cost) – please book 24 hours in advance: * Private chef for in-villa lunch or dinner * Masseuses for massages in villa rooms * Yoga instructors for yoga exercises * Special chefs for cooking classes at villa kitchen island Babysitter and baby equipment such as baby cot and high chair can be arranged with sufficient notice. Also, assistance and recommendations such as car or motorbike rentals, tours, and spa treatments, etc, will be provided according to your wishes.

## Getting around Optional (additional cost) – please book 24 hours in advance: A six or seven-passenger seater car can be booked with a driver for up to 8 hours or more daily, to take you to any Bali destination. ## Additional notes: *Pets are not allowed to be on the premises, except with special villa owner approval. If approved, a 30% security deposit would then be required to cover any potential damages that may be caused by the pet. The deposit will be refunded if no damage occurs. 
*Crib is available on additional charge and 5 days' advance notice prior to arrival is needed (subject to availability). *Date changes for villa stay are NOT ALLOWED because of potential clashes with other guest stays.
