Property info

What makes this property special is that we are centrally located within the CBD. Wisma Mawas is 1 minute away (30 metres) from Mall Ratu Indah, one of the biggest shopping centres in town and the biggest stationery store in town, Toko Agung. Fast food joints such as Pizza Hut, KFC, McDonald's are also located within walking distance. Some rooms have been refurbished and the rest are gradually being revamped. All of our rooms are equipped with Air Conditioner, flat tv, wardrobe and some with in-room bathroom. High speed Wi-Fi Internet is being gradually installed throughout the property and is free of charge.

Neighborhood info

The neighbourhood that we are located in is leafy and generally safe to walk in at nights as opposed to the dingy reputation that the city has after dark. The street is parallel to the busy and bustling Jalan Ratulangi street. Supermarket, restaurants and shops are abundant and all closely located.
