Clean 3 story house with 3 bedrooms & 1 bathroom on it's own topmost floor. Guest likes this because of the privacy being together on the same floor. An extra bathroom on the ground floor depending on availability during their stay. Own Kitchen & Dining or could be shared depending on the if guest downstairs. Nice garden. Bus Stop to City right in front of the house. Easy going & friendly with many years of experience. Making it his no1 priority to make his guests feel comfortable & enjoy their stay. Nice Neighborhood with Lidl, Super Value, Pizza Hut, Asian Restaurants etc all within 7mins walk Also a big well laid out park with a lake. 300e security deposit May be required
