Featuring a beautiful wraparound deck, this seaside property is only 500 meters from the Blue Flag Brittas Bay sandy beach. During your stay at our self-catering accommodation in Brittas, you'll be perfectly positioned to explore the scenic county of Wicklow and the neighbouring counties of Wexford, Carlow, and Dublin. Brittas Bay Park Holiday Home No. 18 Description – Sleeps 8 This beautiful detached holiday cottage is bright and spacious. It offers a wonderful beach house décor reflecting its proximity to the sea. This seaside holiday home has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8: Property layout – Ground floor: Open living kitchen with all mod con, dining and living area with wood burning stove and TV Bedroom 1: king-size ensuite sleeping 2 Bedroom 2: king-size sleeping 2 Family bathroom with bath and over-bath shower, WC and hand basin Property layout – First floor: Bedroom 3: king-size sleeping 2 Bedroom 4: king-size sleeping 2 WC Parking available. The desk space and the WIFI are provided at the property. Enclosed garden with garden furniture available. The tennis courts onsite have been resurfaced and are now available to our guests. This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. Close by is D Store Daybreak which is open all year around or Excell Stop & Shop/BB Mini Market which is open during the summer months. Bay Cafe is a well-known café located beside D Store, this popular café serves delicious homemade dishes and sells fresh sourdough bread daily. A refundable security deposit of EUR 200 must be paid upon check-in. This will be pre-authorised on your debit or credit card upon arrival and automatically released off your card after departure, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment by debit cards will charge the security deposit of EUR 200 to your bank account which is manually refunded by the property within 7 days of departure. This will be after the on-site manager has inspected the property and is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been complied with. Please note that failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of all or part of your security deposit. Please note that the property reserves the right to charge in advance of arrival an increased mandatory security deposit of EUR 500 at certain times of the year. For example, during festivals, certain sporting events or public holidays. You will be contacted by the property with regards to this prior to arrival.
