These large and detached riverside holiday homes are in an idyllic private gated development, perfect for a family holiday or group getaway. Property layout – Ground floor: Kitchen area Dining room Living area French doors leading onto a decked area Bedroom 1: double ensuite sleeping 2 Property layout – First floor: Mezzanine seating area looking over the living room Bedroom 2: double ensuite sleeping 2 Bedroom 3: twin sleeping 2 Family bathroom with jacuzzi bath. This is an extra charge for heating & electricity which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.

A refundable security deposit of EUR 200 must be paid upon check-in. This will be pre-authorised on your debit or credit card upon arrival and automatically released off your card after departure, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment by debit cards will charge the security deposit of EUR 200 to your bank account which is manually refunded by the property within 7 days of departure. This will be after the on-site manager has inspected the property and is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been complied with. Please note that failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of all or part of your security deposit.
