A charming modern 3 bedroom Terraced Town House located in the heart of Westport Town meters from the tree line Mall River. Guests will enjoy the comfort of a spacious and warm house with underfloor heating and high speed fibre broadband up to 500mbps. To the rear of the property is a spacious garden terrace with tables and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or dine in the evening. The property was built in 2010 and is a well insulated energy efficient home with gas heating and solar powered hot water. Guests will be pleased to have a shop, delicatessen and Fuel station just 20 meters from the property. --Westport Train Station is a 9 minute walk away (650m), Bus Stop 2 minutes walk (130m), Bike Hire is a 1 minute walk (93m), A large shopping center is a 9 minute walk (600m). In terms of getting to the property whether by rail, bus or car you will greatly appreciate the central location and amenities on your doorstep and close by. The property has been recently newly decorated including new furniture and beds. New photos will update shortly. The main street for entertainment, bars and coffee shops are located on bridge street just 400 meters away and a 5 minute walk.
