This modern spacious home located in the popular village of Strandhill with all the amenities a family would need. In walking distance to fine restaurants, cafes, pubs, surf schools and amusements, this detached family home is located in this popular seaside village on the Wild Atlantic Way.
The property benefits from scenic views of Sligo Bay, Strandhill, Knocknarea, Benbulben Mountain and Atlantic Ocean. Strandhill is well known for its renowned surfing beach, lynx golf course, Voya seaweed baths and spa along with spectacular walks. Every Sunday, you can enjoy the artisan Strandhill farmers market which sells an array of local crafts, foods and textiles. The house has easy access to popular walking trails and only 8km from Sligo town by car or bus. Queen Maeve trail hike is located on Knocknarea Mountain to the rear of the property.
