Situated on the shores of Galway Bay this holiday accommodation is bright and spacious and beautifully presented. The kitchen is fully equipped providing all you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday home in Ireland. This large self-catering holiday lodge has 3-bedrooms sleeping 6 guests comfortably: Property layout – Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen Living area with open fire Dining area Utility room for extra storage Bedroom 1: twin sleeping 2 Family bathroom with bath and over head shower, hand basin & toilet Property layout – First floor: Bedroom 2: double ensuite sleeping 2 Bedroom 3: twin ensuite sleeping 2 WIFI available. Outside Galway Bay Lodge is a large open plan lawned garden perfect for children to play and to dine alfresco in the summer months. This is an extra charge for heating & electricity which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.

A refundable security deposit of EUR 200 must be paid upon check-in. This will be pre-authorised on your debit or credit card upon arrival and automatically released off your card after departure, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment by debit cards will charge the security deposit of EUR 200 to your bank account which is manually refunded by the property within 7 days of departure. This will be after the on-site manager has inspected the property and is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been complied with. Please note that failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of all or part of your security deposit. Please note that the property reserves the right to charge in advance of arrival an increased mandatory security deposit of EUR 500 at certain times of the year. For example, during festivals, certain sporting events or public holidays. You will be contacted by the property with regards to this prior to arrival.
