Seashore is a spacious former guesthouse, now a private self-catering holiday home, set in a peaceful location just one mile from Kenmare. Every room is south-facing, with breathtaking views across Kenmare Bay and the Caha Mountains, making it an idyllic base for families, friends, or activity groups. The large living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and an extensive library, creating a welcoming space to relax with a book or enjoy time together. A newly fitted kitchen is bright and modern, equipped with everything you need for your stay, including a washing machine and tumble dryer. A dining table seats six, with an additional breakfast bar for two. All five bedrooms are ensuite, with TVs and wonderful sea views. Each bedroom has a king-size bed that can be converted to twins on request. One ground-floor bedroom is wheelchair accessible and features a fully adapted shower with seat. The remaining four bedrooms are upstairs, providing flexibility for families and groups. The house is set on a family farm that extends right down to the shoreline of Kenmare Bay. Guests can enjoy the beautifully maintained gardens, explore the grounds, or simply relax on the south-facing patio with garden furniture overlooking the water. Seashore is fully accessible on the ground floor, meeting National Rehabilitation Board standards, with facilities designed to accommodate wheelchair users and guests with additional needs. This is a peaceful and private home, ideal for extended family gatherings, walkers, golfers, water sports enthusiasts, or training groups. Free parking is available on site.
