Lark Rise Holiday Home – Sleeps 6 This 3-bed beautifully located and refurbished house offers relaxing self-catering accommodation and sleeps 6 guests comfortably. The brand new spacious kitchen and breakfast bar installed for 2024 contains all the modern conveniences. The dining area seats up to 6 people and is connected to a bright and comfy living room with an open fire and access to the garden overlooking the beautiful countryside. Property layout – ground floor: Brand new kitchen and breakfast bar Open plan dining and living space Utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board Bedroom 1: Superking ensuite (bath, shower, WC, hand basin) sleeping 2 Bedroom 2: Kingsize sleeping 2 Bedroom 3: Double sleeping 2 Family bathroom with shower, WC and hand basin WC Kitchen with all mod cons (including fridge-freezer and cafetiere). A refundable security deposit of EUR 200 must be paid upon check-in. This will be pre-authorised on your debit or credit card upon arrival and automatically released off your card after departure, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment by debit cards will charge the security deposit of EUR 200 to your bank account which is manually refunded by the property within 7 days of departure. This will be after the on-site manager has inspected the property and is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been complied with. Please note that failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of all or part of your security deposit. Please note that the property reserves the right to charge in advance of arrival an increased mandatory security deposit of EUR 500 at certain times of the year. For example, during festivals, certain sporting events or public holidays. You will be contacted by the property with regards to this prior to arrival.
