    The location was fab, very close to all amenities and an excellent place to explore Co Mayo from. Only marked down from a 10/10 because of the minor issue of no downstairs toilet and Booking.com don't allow 9.5 out of 10. Will use again.

    Great location close to the town of Crossmolina, near Ballina and our relatives in Lahardane. The place was spotless and the owners were very accommodating. The place is a nice size with nice sized rooms Dishwasher and washing machine.

A refundable security deposit of EUR 200 must be paid upon check-in. This will be pre-authorised on your debit or credit card upon arrival and automatically released off your card after departure, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment by debit cards will charge the security deposit of EUR 200 to your bank account which is manually refunded by the property within 7 days of departure. This will be after the on-site manager has inspected the property and is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been complied with. Please note that failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of all or part of your security deposit. Please note that the property reserves the right to charge in advance of arrival an increased mandatory security deposit of EUR 500 at certain times of the year. For example, during festivals, certain sporting events or public holidays. You will be contacted by the property with regards to this prior to arrival.
