Home away from home. This bright and spacious home is just 200m from the Luas tram line, giving access to Dublin City in 30 minutes. Well appointed with paved back garden ideal for sitting out during the summer. Sitting room, dining room and full kitchen, along with 2 double bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
Shopping centre with large supermarket, pharmacy, cafe etc. just a couple of moments walk away. Dundrum Town Centre - 15 minutes by Luas Tram. Dublin City 30 minutes by Luas tram. Local walks, parks, tennis courts and lovely playground for kids close by.
