Spacious Apartment in Prime Dublin Location Enjoy a bright and spacious apartment in a peaceful, well-kept building with private gardens to the front and rear. Ideally situated between the charming villages of Rathgar and Rathmines, and just a short walk from Dublin city centre, this is the perfect base for exploring the capital. Guests can enjoy a wide choice of local pubs, cafés, and restaurants nearby, while still benefiting from a quiet, relaxing setting to unwind after a day in the city.
Welcome to Dublin! I am delighted to host you and hope you enjoy your stay. I love living here and sharing this part of the city, it has the charm of Rathgar and Rathmines on your doorstep, while still being just a short walk from the buzz of the city centre. As hosts, I enjoy helping guests feel at home and sharing the best spots to go in Dublin. I’m a big fan of exploring local pubs, cafés, and restaurants, as well as taking time out to hike in Dublin and Wicklow or swim in the Irish Sea.
Rathmines has great pubs and loads of nice restaurants. Greenville for coffee, Lottie’s for dinner and Kodiak for cocktails. There’s two cinemas, a fantastic library in a historic building and a public swimming pool in Swan Leisure.
