Stunning large 4 bedroom home located in the center of Carlanstown Village, Co Meath. Local supermarket, pubs, pharmacies and fast food take away outlet are within a 2 minute walk of the home. Beautiful walkways in the location. The house is centrally located 4km from Kells heritage town, Headfort golf club, Headfort school and Kells swimming pool and Clonabreany house, wedding venue. Easy access to M3 motorway. Public transport to Dublin from Kells and return. Taxi service available on request. The house has been newly decorated to a very high standard and offers luxurious accomodation along with parking and garden space. The home is in a peaceful, tranquil neighbourhood, a home from home experience. No pets or parties allowed
IThe Village has two supermakets. two pubs, one take away eatery, pharmacy , It is home to an equestrian centre and a parkland walking trail. 4Km from the village in Kells heritage town thare you will find Kells golf club, swimming pool, tennis courts. pitch n put, fishiing. Hertiage centre, Round Tower, Celtic Cross along with supermarkets and shops. The wedding venues at Clonabreany house, Headfort hotel and Virgina Park Lodge are all within a few minutes driving distance of the home. The home is centrally located near the towns of Navan, Ardee, Kells, Virgina, Trim and Athboy and 50 minutes from Dublin via the motorway at Kells. Virgina golf club. lake and forest walk is 15 minutes drive from the home. Kingscourt forest park and Cabra Castle is a 25 minute drive from the home. Taxi services are available and public transport to the airport and Dublin city centre and hourly from Kells town.
