Private Studio with own entrance located in a quiet Dublin suburb. The studio is completly self contained with a shower room & kitchenette for cooking light meals. The sunny deck looks out on a large peaceful garden. The Double bedroom is spacious with lots of storeage and on the ground floor of the main house. there is a cosy living room with TV, table/chairs and washing machine.
We love to welcome guests while appreciating your privacy. Interests include Tennis, Golf and Sea Swimming. Enjoy eating out, music concerts & cinema. I work full time in my business out side the home and have 2 adult children who live independently in Dublin. We are sociable sporty and love good food & company.
Terenure is about 3.5 km from the City. Public transport bus service 5 mins from the house to Airport and most parts of the city. It's a quiet safe suburb of the city. A lovely village with supermarkets, cafes & bars. Theres a Park with sports facilities, walks & a Saturday Market.Close to the bustling Rathmines Village.
