Charming period house with front and back gardens, large sunny livingroom/ kitchen with shared bathroom and toilet. The bedroom is spacious enough as doubles 3 x 2.6 metre. Linen and towels included. The host is living in the house.
Friendly and cheerful Irishman.
Within 100 meters of Croke Park Stadium, 6 minutes walk of multiple bus services,15 from Dart rail and 2 km of city centre. It is a good safe area within the leafy suburbs with a conveniance store nearby.
