Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Emphasis on games lounge and our own external low power airgun enclosed firing range, babbling stream, occasionally host of daffodils! On the doorstep safe cycle lanes. Local horseriding, famous De Bromhead stables; fishing freshwater / sea onshore, boating. Top fairground in Tramore, amenities main beach, 5km sand and a back strand bird sanctuary wildlife reserve, see ornithology of area. Copper coast, greenway, Mahon Falls.
I am a practising business professional with an interest in the environment and cultural amenity. Our family connections with the district can be traced to the edge of the Comeragh Mountains, pre famine times. Reflecting on the level of use that we have been getting from the property and the joy we have when we use it, we felt it would be a great opportunity for others to enjoy the property and the amenities of the locale Situated half way between Waterford City and Tramore beach resort, approximately 3 miles / 5km from each centre, the property is within 100M of Knockeen Dolman, an ancient burial ground. Horse riding, cycling, fishing and watersport amenities are all within easy reach. I look forward to sharing the property and the amenity of the district with you.
Famous for its horseracing calendar throughout the year. Tramore Races. Horseback riding tours in Tramore are also provided by Lake Tour stables within a short distance of Tai Chi house. Tramore Beach is host to windsurfing, sand yachting and kite gliding activities. A popular Surfing school is also located inTramore. The calendar of events that you might like to arrange your stay here for are the light opera festival, Spraoi (a street art festival on August bank holiday (4th to 6th in 2023)), Tramore Races, Dunmore East Blue Grass festival, Wednesday night traditional music at The Esquire in Tramore (also known as Raglan Road restaurant). Close to three Eco Parks, Fennor Eco Park (a bog walk and nice playground) Dunhill Eco Park and the Waterford Greenway. Kennedy Park is 30 minutes drive away in New Ross (also the car ferry from Passage East can get you there). You could also visit Dungarvan and West Waterford Food Festival usually in April, check and book up, there is so much to do during springtime. Easter time is rather special too in our district a chance to capture nature probably at its best.
