The property is a one bedroom apartment that was originally a Veterinary Surgery, hence the name. That is the theme of the property. The property is in an ideal location for Shopping at Kildare Village and also for visiting Kildare Town, both are only minutes walk from the apartment. The property is on the edge of the town but has the feeling of being in the country, surrounded by trees.
The apartment is located about a 5 minute Walk to the Kildare Village Shopping Outlet. Also Kildare Town is only about a 5 minute walk where there are plenty of Restaurants and pubs. Also there is a large Supermarket a couple of minutes walk away. There is a bus stop at the Kildare Village Shopping outlet where buses go to to Dublin City Centre every half hour. Buses also go from this bus stop southbound to Limerick, Ennis and Tralee.
