נוף נהדר לחוף הים התיכון מהדירה חוף הים זמין ברכב, אוטובוס מקומי או אופניים (עד 3 הם ללא עלות), או 20 דקות הליכה, אקווה פארק ענקי ליד החוף (פתוח בקיץ בשבתות). מי הים צלולים בשונה מחופי חיפה המזוהמים על ידי קירבת נמל הים שירות תחבורה טוב: כביש ישראלי מספר 2 החוצה את כל הארץ נמצא ממש ביציאה מעתלית. תחנת הרכבת עתלית היא 300 מדירה, רכבת לחיפה או לתל אביב בכל שעה. לדוגמה, 16 דקות למרכז הרפואי רמב"מ, 50 דקות לתל אביב וכו ' סופרמרקט גדול ב -200 מדירה, זמין בכל הימים למעט יום שבת שבילי תיירים ממש בפאתי עתלית (2 ק"מ מהדירה), מבצר עתיק, הרי הכרמל והיער בקרבת מקום זמינים לטיולים רגליים או רכיבה על אופניים
