A luxurious ROSE villa near the amazing cliff promenade of Netanya and a 5-minute walk from the "Argman" beach.
The villa has a swimming pool with a built-in jacuzzi, 5 bedrooms, one of which is a bathroom, a spacious living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kosher kitchen. For those who love cooking, there are 2 meat and dairy ovens.
In a courtyard villa that offers an unforgettable experience with seating areas and a gas barbecue grill. Next to the villa is a children's playground that includes facilities and a lawn.
There are 2 synagogues in the neighborhood, one of them 50 meters from the villa.
On Shabbat it is not possible to light a barbecue and play music on the speakers.
