About this property
Perfectly located just opposite the beach in the heart of the city center, this intimate hotel offers an excellent base to explore Tel Aviv's attractions. The hotel was completely renovated in January 2012. It offers 71 comfortable rooms all with cable TV, individually controlled air conditioning, and tea/coffee making facilities. Some rooms have sea views. The lobby also features 2 free internet stations. The complimentary breakfast is served in the hotel's elegant dining area. Guests can also enjoy a drink in the spacious lobby while admiring the view of Hayarkon Street and the sea, and free coffee/tea, fruit and cake are available around the clock in the dining area. The hotel staff offers good and personalized service and can assist travelers with tour bookings. Limited on-site parking is available free of charge, and free Wi-Fi and wired internet are available in the guest rooms.

The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers.
