154 Pearl Beach is an 11,000 square feet property with 4000 square feet 4 bed Villa in a gated community situated between sea in the east and backwaters in the west. Individual rooms also available. The house has a 1200 square feet swimming pool with a 30 feet slide. It has 24/7 power backup and security. The rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, mini refrigerator, safety lockers, wardrobes, television with DTH connectivity and solar powered running hot water. The property has an in-house pantry (on request), serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and all day snack prepared from predominantly locally sourced organic raw materials. Alternatively order out facilities are also available. The house has a 250 sqft open air theatre. Our Eco-policies We have a no plastic, no litter eco policy and we expect your kind co-operation towards the same. We request you to drop the recyclable, non-recyclable and organic waste in the respective marked garbage cans placed in your rooms and premises.
