OUR PROPERTY IS APPROVED AND LICENSED BY KARNATAKA GOVERNMENT FROM TOURISM DEPARTMENT & UDUPI MUNCIPALITY A/C 6 Br. luxury fully furnished villa with ensuite bathroom and 3 common bathrooms easy suitable for group of families approx. 35 people. The villa provides 24 hrs. free water & electricity and incase of electricity failure, the villa is equipped with generator. Fully equipped kitchen with all the cooking facilities such has utensils, oven, toaster, refrigerator etc., dedicated space available for washing machine and drying clothes. Specious rooms with 100 % insect free fully ventilated meshed windows with freshness of natural Air around house, The villa has game rooms and indoor children play area for large families. and also outdoor we have dedicated. space for barbeque. We also provide free maintenance and cleaning service every alternate day and other facilities available on request.
