The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. For Indian nationals a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Please note PAN card is not valid as an ID. For foreign nationals passport along with the valid visa is must at the time check in. People from holding Delhi NCR ids will not be permitted to check in. Early check in and late checkout are subject to availability on chargeable basis.
Please note that guests are requested to be wary while booking cabs at airport and railway station as non-hotel personnel may trick them. The hotel provides a free pick-up service from the Indira Gandhi International Airport or the New Delhi Railway Station. However, the guest will have to pay a nominal airport parking fee as charged at the airport itself. You are kindly reminded to inform the hotel on your arrival details if you want to make use of this service. You can make a note of this in the special requests box in the booking form, or by directly contacting the hotel once a reservation has been made.
