Hi, I am Surendra your host at ISH, Atithya Homestay in Lucknow, India. ISH is a short name of GOD or ISHWAR while Atithya is a Sanskrit word and it means "we welcome you". ISH is also used for Lord Jesus Christ. I have opened my home and heart to you. We are running one of the finest Homestay & serviced apartment in India. We are husband, wife and a son. I have done B. Text from India and later I did three years research degree in synthetic yarn processing from England. My wife is a Ph.D. holder from Indian Agricultural Research Institute from New Delhi, India. We have a son who is a Kanpur IIT alumni, presently working as a software engineer in a US software company in USA. We all come from a very educated & talented family. Past 30 years or over three decades, I have worked in the production, R & D, training, quality of personnel in the synthetic yarn industries in various countries across the globe and was holding very high positions in this area in USA, Central & South America and South East Asia. I have published few papers, articles on synthetic yarn quality, management. I have travelled almost 51 countries for my work and some countries even 20 times. This is all. Love to see U.

We have three apartments. These are: A). 2BHK Executive Suite on the 1st floor B). One BHK SA1 on the 1st floor C). One BHK SA2 on the 2nd floor. All of apartments have attached bathrooms, lobby and modular kitchens. SA1 and 2BHK have Terrace Garden and water curtain while SA2 apartment has plant nursery. All apartments are fully furnished with proper 1.5 Tons split air conditioners, king size beds, hard matching mattress, pillows, comforters, wardrobes, LED TV, Routers, fans, exhaust fans, Fridges, utensils, crockery, kitchen appliances, gas & burner, working laptop table, Chairs, dining tables, Sofa (only in 2BHK), geysers, fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, curtains, working computer tables. We provide cleaned towels, linens, Wi-Fi, DTH connections, maid services for housekeeping, Indian or continental breakfast, Our homestay apartments are 13 years old. These Serviced Apartments are designed on the concept of Serviced Apartments as available presently in Florida - USA and Cuernavaca - Mexico. These are fully furnished and equipped with almost everything. In addition, we are offering various free services. There are no extra charges for these services

It is posh colony in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. Many hotels, eating joints, restaurants are operating here. Now it is a business hub. There are many apartment buildings. This area comes under Vibhuti Khand. It is about 8-9 KM from Hazratganj, 22 KM from the airport and 12 KM from the railway station. Ola and Uber taxis are available on call. We are about 1/2 KM from Indira Gandhi Prathisthan. Sahara and Ram Manohar Lohia hospitals are 2.5-3.0 KM away. Small shops, Milk, medicine shops, super markets, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, vegetable & fruits shops, banks, Malls, ATM are nearby in 100 meters radius. Hospitals are 2.5 - 3 KM away. New High Court is only 600 meters away.
