This is the second apartment ( No Air conditioning ) in the building and has two bedrooms with attached bathrooms and is a brand new one. The area is roughly 950 sqft, with a hall, dining area, and a kitchen. Situated in a residential community, it offers a quiet neighbourhood. The whole terrace of the building is open and can give an all-round view. An evening stroll can take you past the Harley, Audi and Mercedez showrooms Crowne Plaza , Le Meridien
This is a very quiet residential neighborhood with wide roads and a few parks . Guest can take a stroll in the evening or a morning walk unhindered . The access to the neighborhood is from the service road of high way 66 near to the Kundanoor Flyover . Parking is free and the ground floor parking can accommodate 8 cars . The nearest metro station is about 1.6 km . Uber is always a phone call away . For guests coming in cars , it is so near to Highway 66 , and the building can be seen from the highway . Le meridian and Crown plaza are within walking distance .
