A retired Army Officer couple who made their home in Coorg after hanging their boots. Hence, the name "Casa Coorg". They look forward to share their slice of paradise and exchange life-stories with their guests. Pearl is fond of cooking, gardening, painting, fitness and Mahjong. Bharat is a fitness enthusiast, an avid golfer, a bookworm and a nature lover. Both of them are fluent in English, Hindi, Telugu and Tamil and can converse in Kannada. Bharat knows a few words of Punjabi too.

Casa Coorg Homestay is in the village of Bittangala about 5 km from Virajpet town. With lush greenery all around, it's a nature lover's paradise. On one side there is a forested hill and on the other, paddy fields and Coorg Golf Links, an 18-Hole golf course. In fact, the drive to Casa Coorg is through the golf course. There is just one other family in the neighborhood. But, bird life is in plenty. More than a 100 species have been sighted from the verandahs of our home. Once in a while, elephants, barking deer, porcupines and a few other four-legged friends visit our estate. Ambatty Greens Resort is less than a km away and provides fine dining and a swimming pool (on payment). Cafe Hay Shack is about 3 Km away and provides a wide variety at budget prices. All tourist places of Coorg are within a day trip. Tuck in a sumptuous breakfast and head out. Get back in the evening and share your tales over dinner.
