A peaceful home right by the river. Walk barefoot on the dewy grass in the morning, steal a nap on the swing in the afternoon, and sail on your boat once the sun goes down and the weather gets cool. Sounds idyllic? It really is! Cheppanam House  is most ideal for families to take a break and relax in the midst of nature. The rooms are comfortable, the kitchen is accessible for cooking, and the property is wheelchair friendly too. FOOD - Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be arranged at an additional cost. HOUSE RULES - Loud music is not allowed after 10 PM. - Alcohol consumption is not allowed.  - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. Smoking indoors is not permitted.  - Pets are not allowed. Home Rules- -StayVista does not provide or supply any music or audio at the Property. -In case you would like to host an event at the Property, StayVista will assist you in obtaining the necessary compliances for hosting the event. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE - Swimming in the lake is not allowed. - Stags are not allowed. - WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time. - Mobile network such as Jio work fairly well here. - Check-in time is 2PM. Check-out time is 11AM. POLICIES - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.

Once the capital of the Kingdom of Cochin, Ernakulam, is still a major centre for commerce in the state of Kerala. Cheppanam House, however, is in a laidback spot where greenery abounds, peace takes over and the coconut trees sway a tad more dreamily. The gurgling river being so close to the house is a major plus, and that’s what makes guests choose Cheppanam House time and again.
