Elevar Villa is special because of its: - Scenic location - Small plunge pool - Expansive views FOOD - Guests can choose to order in or eat out at nearby restaurants. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. ADDITIONAL COSTS - Bonfires will be charged at actuals (i.e. cost of the wood) - The caretaker can wash dishes at a charge of Rs. 300 - Rs. 500 approximately. HOME TRUTHS - The living room is not air-conditioned, however, there is a cooler. - In case of power outage, a generator is available. However, on the generator, the geyser and AC do not work simultaneously. - Toiletries are not provided. - This villa is not recommended for senior citizens. - Personal connections sure get stronger, but cellphone networks may be weak here. -StayVista does not provide or supply any music or audio at the Property. -In case you would like to host an event at the Property, StayVista will assist you in obtaining the necessary compliances for hosting the event. POLICIES - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.

Neighbourhood information

Karjat is a town close to Mumbai city. Its steep Ulhas Valley is lush in the rainy season, with a full river and waterfalls. For the history nerds, it'd be interesting to know that there are 16 man-made caves here dating back to the 1st century B.C. with stupas and statues. These are called the Kondana Caves. During your stay at Elevar Villa, we personally recommend - A sunset dip in your private plunge pool - A trek at Irshalgad - A trek to Chanderi Caves - Rappelling at the Bhivpuri waterfalls - A visit to the Sondai Fort Getting Around: - Distance from Mumbai International Airport – 90 km. - Distance from Karjat Railway Station – 25 km. - Distance from Neral Railway Station – 20 km. - Distance from Pimplas Bus Station – 1.5 km. - Distance from Kashaila Market - 7.5 km. Guests can choose to drive down in their private cars as secured parking space for 2 cars is available at Elevar. Arrangements can be made for more cars as well.
