Welcome to Amritsar. My property located in Green Avenue on the main road with all the conveniences at a walking distance. This listing is of a 1st floor apartment with a private entrance having 3 spacious 'air conditioned' bedrooms /attached bathrooms and a kitchenette and seperate entrance and in-gate parking. There is ample parking in the colony and the colony is gated along with night guards on patrol for additional cars. It's a great place for families and business people!
My family has been here in Amritsar since 1960 and we have hosted guests since long. I would love to welcome people from all walks of life and hope that we create great memories together! I live downstairs and though I'm available if you have any queries, I enjoy my privacy and wish to give you the same. However, on occasions the property is solely looked after the caretaker (if I am out of town). And would appreciate if you could arrive for check in on the agreed time, to avoid discomfort.
Green Avenue is a peaceful neighbourhood and is located in the heart of the city near Mall Road. The distances from the major points of interest are as follows: - Airport - 9.8 km (15 min) - Railway Station - 2.2 km (9 min) - Golden Temple - 3.7 km (17 min) - Durgiana Temple - 3.2 km (10 min) - Wagah - 29 km (39 min) Cabs are easily avilable such as OLA (India's Uber) and Mega Cabs.
