Seabreeze Homestay is your perfect home away home! It has all that you need during your travel and it ensures a clean, neat, and safe apartment. On business or pleasure, you will be comfortable with your stay as it has everything that you need - A/c in Master bed room, WIFI fiber connectivity, Android TV with cable connection, functional kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, iron box etc . . No need to step out of the apartment complex as most of the daily needs are available within the apartment complex. Have a pleasant stay! (PLEASE NOTE: THE PROPERTY IS NOT OPEN TO FOREIGN CITIZENS ( As we are still awaiting FRRO Approval)
Welcome to our home!. We live in a different city. We have taken care to make your stay most comfortable. For any needs, we are a just a call away and best assured it will be taken care of. We want you to treat our apartment as your own home . For us, this is not a business , It's just a way to make new friends.
Enjoy your evening, watching the splendid sunset on a clean beach at a walkable distance; Or wear your sports shoes and take a run through the sandy beach. If you are too lazy, just reach up to the terrace and enjoy the panoramic view of the city with a coconut canopy! Everything from groceries to all essentials are available in the basement store or you can order from the neighborhood. You can cook homely meals in our kitchen or just order from the nearby restaurants for which the deliveries take a maximum of 30 minutes. A laundry service is available in the basement or you can wash your clothes in the washing machine. Badminton courts are open always and if you have your rackets you can play. You can also enjoy other amenities at the property like a Rooftop swimming pool, Indoor game room (TT, Pool, carrom, chess, etc) , Gym, Toddler and Kids play area. Please Note: Swimming pool access is only for 1 hour per day. It's like a private pool since during that one hour no others will have access to the pool! Interesting places near by: Arthanareeshwara Samadhi Temple, 1 KM ( A small temple with a river flowing nearby. within Walkable distance) Thumba Arattuvazhi Beach(Golden Beach Thumba), 1.3 km ( Swimming is not safe. No coastguards) St Andrews Beach 2.3 km Veli lake/Tourist village 8.7 KM Magic Planet 6.3 KM ( Kids will love the magical treat Reservation reqd) Madavoorpara Ancient Rock-cut Shiva Temple (10 KM) must visit…evenings are beautiful. Rocks will be slippery during the rains. Temple opens at 5.30 PM Anjuthengu Fort ( 16.5 KM ) British-built stronghold from the 1690s. Small fort but has beautiful scenery of beach from the top of the fort
