Located at the edge of the densely forested area of old Mahabaleshwar next to all the major sight seeing points like Arthur's seat point, Kate's point , the Old Mahabaleshwar Mandir , Cannaught peak point and the Strawberry Farm houses. You can drive to all the point and can also enjoy a lovely walk to some of the points. They are about a half hours walk one way. We Offer 1000 sq ft area Villas with 2 bedrooms, 2 attached bathrooms and hall n dinning space. for 4 pax. Double rooms of 250 sq ft rooms with attached bathrooms opening onto garden and forest. We cater only to couples (married & unmarried) and families only. Those travelling with pets require to follow a set of rules and regulations and communicate regarding the same before booking. We do not accept Pay at Hotel policy, as booking. com does not charge you at the time of booking , we would be contacting you for the same. The Full amount is to be paid in advance ,prior to check-in to confirm your booking. If the booking amount is not made within an hour, we will release the booking.

Neighbourhood information

As we located in a very green and quite location, we do not allow loud music and unruly behavior on the premises.
