.Ours is a family run Serviced Villa Apartments in one acre campus on kovalam beach main road and is 900 Metres to beach. The place is ideal for families or small groups. wifi is provided.All apartments have separate exclusive kitchens. Kitchen is with fridge, oven, electric kettle, toaster, utensils and stove etc. and you can cook. washing machines and drying area are provided. It has 4 nos of 2 BHK and 2 Nos of 1 BHK furnished A/C apartments each 1200/1000 sq.ft.respectively and each has seprate entry. All rooms and halls have seaside balconies. 24 hrs hot water, wifi available .A big mall is nearby.Parking space for mini Vans and SUV's. Public Transport is at doorstep. Airport and city attractions are at 12/14 KM.
It is a family owned serviced apartments. My self, wife and a caretaker and cleaning staff will be available for the services.We prefer peace loving people who prefers privacy and calm environment.
Shopping Mall is at 200 metres, Ayurvedic (Indian System of medicine) and yoga centres are at walking distance and one can choose. All types of foods are available nearby and sea side resturants. All continental groceries are available nearby( 200 metres). Public transport, taxi and auto rickshaw are available at doorstep. You can also hire cycles/bikes. Air port is at 12 km and railway station is at 14 km.The big campus provides privacy,peace and an atmosphere of tranquility and security. kovalam beach, Hava beach, Lighthouse beach, Azhimala bwweach, Azhi mala 120 feet high siva statue, chengal sivalingam of 110 feet high are a few tourist attractions nearby. trivandrum city is at 14m and attractions are, world's richest padmanabha swami temple, srichithra thuunal palace museum, art gallery. wax museum, Zoo etc. Cape komarin is at 65 km.
