The property is located in the city and not far from the main city. It is a cosy cottage withs 5 comfortable and clean rooms with attached bathrooms in all rooms. It is an independent house with private parking. A caretaker is available 24 hours for any assistance. No food is served but Zomato and Swiggy serves the area. Taxis are easily available. A kitchen is available on extra charges of Rs 500/- per day with basic kitchen ameneties. Tourist attraction in and around Shillong like Shillong Peak, David Scott trekking trail, Scared Grove Forest of Mawphlang, Shillong Peak, Lait Lum Canyon , Don Bosco Museum, Rhododendron trek, Shillong Peak, Elephant falls, Wards Lake Shillong Golf Course etc are easily accessible from the property
