Discover our lovely mountain view home located 500 metres from Mall. A cozy, 2 bedroom pad with drawing room, living room, well equipped kitchen, dining area and two washrooms,suitable for 6-7 guests House keeping provided every day. Parking for small car. Larger cars can be parked along the road approaching the villa. All amenities a modern household offers. Wifi,power back up,smart TV’s,cable,heaters,portable fans,clean bed linen/towels, soaps and shampoo. Kitchen for independent use.
A former educator. A proud mother of twin boys. Belong to Shimla but settled outside Himachal. Opened up my beautiful home to guests who can experience the comfort and warmth that Kusum Villa provides and make their holiday in Shimla a memorable one. It has been fondly named after our mother Kusum Sharma by our father. It has been designed beautifully making best use of space. My communication with the guests is through phone as I do not live in Shimla Rakesh receives the guests and hands over the keys. Gauri visits the property everyday for housekeeping at 10:30. And I am available 24X7 on phone and welcome all queries and liasioning.😊 Please feel free to call anytime.
Even though Kusum Villa is in the heart of the city, it enjoys peace and tranquility of being in quiet neighbourhood , feeling as if one is in wilderness. Right next to our house, a few steps below is a bakery workshop from where one can pick up buns/ patties/ paneer rolls/ pastries Our neighbourhood includes the well known Kamla Nehru Hospital. There are groceries, medicine shops close by. Other landmarks are the Chief Minister’s Residence. The Woodville Palace and Marina Hotel. The vehicles reach the property directly. Parking available for a small vehicle.
