Property information

Aesthetically built in wood represents 100 yrs old traditional Kerala style ancestral home Tharavadu. Nature is the key player in the villa. The wooden walls and tiled roof provide naturally conditioned air. Another feature of the villa a scenic view of river Pampa. The host also staying in the same property and guest can enjoy the Keralan food prepared by the host family. All the rooms are air-conditioned and a seating area with T.V and a private bathroom with free toiletries and shower.

St Mary’s Forane Church Pulincunnoo It is one of the oldest Christian Churches in India. The church is not only an architectural marvel but also a fine specimen of Christian heritage in India. Ages ago Pulincunnoo did not have a church. So the devoted used to travel all the away to Champakulam an overnight journey by boat, devotees approached the king. The king granted the permission to build a church at his old boathouse and in AD 1557, the church dedicated to the holy mother came into being. Pulincunnoo Snake boat Chundan vallam , known outside Kerala as Kerala snake boats, are one of the icons of Kerala culture used in the Vallamkali or boat race. These boats vary from 100 to 138 feet in length with the rear portion rising to a height of about 20 feet, and a long tapering front portion it resembles a snake with its hood raised. Setting two to a row along the length of the boat, three will be 100-128 paddlers.
