Away from the hustle-bustle of the city, this villa is an ancestral home hosted by two sisters. The property has a huge front yard with a beautiful garden and spacious balconies over-looking the hills. Each room comes with a full-fledged kitchen and dining area along with a kitchen garden available within the property.

The property is within 1 km of the Regional Science Centre as well the Veterinary Field which hosts multiple events throughout the year. The Dreamland Amusement Park is also situated within 1km of the property which makes for a great attraction to visit with family! There are 2 major hospitals and the Khanapara Bus Stop within 1km and the location of the villa is near Highway-27, making airport commute much easier.
