A contemporary heritage home located in a calm and safe residential neighbourhood, less than a kilometre from Railway Station and Bus Stand, 1.2 km from Rock Beach and Marina Beach. Feel at home after your party out in the town. Our premises don’t permit loud parties and it is in a tobacco free zone. Please note that the space is on the first floor.
The house is located in a residential area with all the basic amenities close by.
