Welcome to the Penthouse, The 3 Bedroom flat with 2000 sqft offers a cool n cozy space to relax after a long day vacation or hard day's work. Property has high speed internet, Jio TV, Air Conditioning, hot water, water filter, microwave, Patio/Balcony, space for your car, and lot more to list. Property is 350 meters to beach front and 5 mins to walk. The location benefits from local beach side shops, groceries, restuarants and cafes. Delivery partners like swiggy, Zomato and Big basket. Please kindly note, we are unable to host events or parties or young adult groups at these properties due to neighborhood restrictions.

This is how my hosting career started in 2022. Today. We have a farm house on the banks of river Godavari, offering Two Double Bedroom flats. These flats can be converted into a 4 bedroom flat, if needed for holiday rental. The place boast natural beauty, lush green farms and scenic river views all around. We have another 3 Bedroom Penthouse flat near to the sea front, in the 'City of Destiny' Visakhapatnam also known as Vizag.
