Kitchen equipped with basic amenities to prepare simple meal (Vegetarian meal only). Shared terrace garden. Property located in prime area. Preferance for family. Require two adult ID or one parent one child Unmarried couple not accepted. Bachelors not accepted. Parties and events are not allowed. Escorts are not allowed to accompany. Visitors are not allowed. Smoking inside the house or premises not allowed. Possession or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on property. Violating this policy may result in immediate removal from the house and possible legal action.
