Zivaan group of homestays ws estalished in 2023 in Howrah, India. We currently operate four properties at Kolakham, Rishop, Kalimpong and Pelling.

Property information

Kolakham Rai Paul Residency is a homestay located at Kolakham, among the dense forest of Neora Valley. This place consists three rooms only and can accommodate 10 persons at a time. All our rooms offers great view of Mt Kanchenjungha and all rooms are equipped with Western type attached toilet and geyser. Guest can avail guided short hiking, sightseeing guidance, bonfire and BBQ.

Neighbourhood information

Changey falls and Rachela peak is a must visit place in Kolakham and Lava monastery and view point is a place you should not miss.
