THIS IS A ROW VILLA SITUATED CLOSE TO BENAULIM AND VARCA BEACH SOUTH GOA. 10 MIN WALKING DISTANCE FROM BENAULIM BEACH ,only 0.5km. RESTAURANT INDIAN AND CONTINENTAL 100 MTRS RADIUS . SWIMMING POOL 100 MTRS . FROM MARGAO CITY AND RAILWAY STATION WE ARE 9 KM AND FROM GOA DABORLIM AIRPORT WE ARE 40 KM.
MYSELF MERCHANT NAVY MASTER MARINERS. RECENTLY TOOK A BREAK IN SAILING AND PART TIME WORKING IN GOA FOR MARITIME ACADEMY. i AM 48 YEARS OLD.
