KITCHEN  - Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals.  - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, mixer, water purifier and a toaster. Crockery and cutlery are available. FOOD  - Breakfast is complimentary and it includes tea, coffee, and one hot dish. - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 2750 per person, per day.  - Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices. HOUSE RULES - All-male groups are not allowed.  - Pets are allowed in the house but not in the pool.  POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.  - A refundable deposit of Rs. 12,000 will be collected before check-in. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.  - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.  - This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
