ADD-ON SERVICES - All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 600 per person, per meal for vegetarian food and Rs. 800 per person, per meal for non-vegetarian food. - Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost of Rs. 600 per use. - Guests can access the indoor fireplace at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 for 2 hours. - A bonfire can be lit up at an additional cost of Rs. 1500, for 2 hours. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOUSE RULES & HOME TRUTHS - Please note that the location of this villa is secluded. - For stag bookings, a refundable security deposit will be collected at the time of booking. - The last 1 km stretch leading to the property is uneven. However, a local driver who is available at the villa can drive the car up to the villa, if required. - In case the guests decide to leave the premises, they are advised to return to the property by 9 PM due to its secluded location. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. PET POLICY - Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 1 pet at an additional charge of Rs 1000+ Taxes per day. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
