From the moment you arrive, you’re enveloped in bespoke luxury, complete with a dedicated butler at your service, all-day gourmet dining, and curated experiences tailored to your every whim. ADD-ON SERVICES - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - Barbecue is available at an extra cost. - For any events/offsite gatherings, lawn usage charges are Rs. 25,000 plus taxes per event for up to 16 guests. Charges will increase for additional guests. - The theatre room is complimentary for the first 3 hours. Beyond that, it will be charged at Rs. 1,000 + GST per hour. HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES - All-male groups are allowed. However, a deposit of Rs. 25000 will be levied. - This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. - The theatre room will be operated solely by the villa manager; guests will not have direct access to its controls. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - The housekeeping staff will be available from 8 AM to 11 PM. POLICIES - A mandatory refundable deposit of Rs. 15,000 will be collected before check-in. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution, gambling and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
