Built-in a traditional Kath kuni style, it offers breathtaking views of the majestic mountains and the flowing Tirthan River. ADD-ON SERVICES - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - A barbeque kit/grill is available at an extra cost. - A cook is available at the property. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Laundry services can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 50 per cloth. - Bonfire services can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 for 2 hours. - Guests can also rent out a Royal Enfield at Rs. 2000. KITCHENETTE - There is a shared kitchenette for bedrooms 3 and 4 that the guests may use to reheat only. - It is equipped with reheating essentials, a refrigerator, and a water purifier. Crockery and cutlery are also available. - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES - All-male groups are not allowed. - The road leading up to the villa may need to be concrete. - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - This property is a standalone property. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
