Just few minutes away from the hectic crowd you can live in the nearby village in a peaceful fully secure non polluted clean farm-house in the independent first floor of the property with private entrance stairs and full facilities like a deluxe bedroom with 5 star AC,tv, A class mattress, living/dining room,full bathroom with hot water,bath towels, balcony with stove,electric kettle,pots and tea bag, private terrace, free parking and wifi. Easy to reach in few minutes with good road connectivity. walk in the green natural big backyard,use 24 hrs pure natural water from the farm land.Village ambience with birds and butterflies. Very easy for guests having own vehicle, Auto taxi available at the door step. Bus stop in 3 min walk. Kallambalam town in NH66 is just 10 min. Kilimanoor town in MC road 13 min. Easy to reach places include Jadayu Rock,Varkala Beach/ cliff,Ponmudi hills,Rajadhani Engineering college ,Kumaranashan memorial, Sivagiri etc..
