VILLA TAKIANA built as recently as 2024 is a mere 10 minute drive to Anjuna & Vagator beach. It is an architectural master piece built whilst ensuring each & every aspect for guest comfort is covered. From an infinity hot tub on the terrace overlooking paddy green fields to a private pool with lounging space as well as a personalized gym with panoramic views- YOU NAME IT, WE HAVE IT!!! We simply stand apart from all our competition. The property is spread over 5000 square feet and has ground+2 levels. The ground floor consists of one ensuite bedroom, two living areas, a dining space, a powder room, fully operational kitchen, the verandah, private pool & lounging space. Level one has three ensuite bedrooms & a common guest room whereas the second level is the terrace which consists of a 12 seater outdoor seater, gym with a view as well as an infinity hot tub. All of the bedrooms come with a king sized bed, 50 inch LED & wardrobes. Moreover the masterbedrooms washroom has a bathtub & a walk in wardrobe & dresser. The entire villa is centrally airconditioned along side power back up for all lights, fans & AC's. The housekeepers & cook stay at the property in the servant quarters therefore available round the clock for anything you may require. The property will also have a security guard to ensure your safety. The location itself is in the heart of Anjuna/Vagator wherein the beach is a mere 10 minute drive. Some of the most popular bars around the property are- Raeeth, Elephant & co, New Babu au rum, Gaya etc.
