A holiday home where all rooms have attached bathrooms, personal refrigerators and intercoms, it ensures that you have a comfortable stay. ADD-ON SERVICES - A bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per two-hour session. - A refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000 will be collected before check-in. The same can be used as credit for food bills and additional experiences at the property. - Extra guests will be charged Rs. 1500 per night. - Laundry services can be availed at an additional cost. - Extra guests/mattresses will be charged for Rs. 2000 per person/night. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS - All-male groups are not allowed. - There are approximately 50 steps leading up to the villa. - The Tempo Traveller won't be able to access the property. - Incase of a power outage, the generator can be used for a duration of 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening per day, at an additional cost of Rs. 400 per hour. - There are CCTV cameras at the entrance of the villa and in the dining area. - Meals, if taken, will be served at appropriate meal timings. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. POLICIES: - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. A refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000 will be collected before check-in. The same can be used as credit for food bills and additional experiences at the property. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
